PRODUCT DESIGN
When we propose a product design, we take into consideration not only the function of the part but also the most efficient mold construction for the injection molding process required to produce the part.

Using CAD designing your plastic product, we can maximize the advantages of injection molded plastics over other forms of manufacturing. Frequently, a finished plastic component can replace an assembly of several parts produced by other manufacturing processes.

This is where our experience in mold design, mold making, and injection molding can assist you with your product design.

PROTOTYPE MOLDS
It is often desirable to "prototype" a plastic part to establish function, size, marketability, and assembly with the other components. If modifications of the design are required, it is less expensive and quicker to revise a prototype mold than a hardened steel multi-cavity production mold.

In our inventory, we have mold bases used for small run production. If the plastic part configuration is suitable to fit our mold base, we quote accordingly, saving the customer the expense of a complete mold and a shorter lead time.

INJECTION MOLDS FOR THERMOPLASTICS
Our skilled moldmakers have produced many high quality, single and multi-cavity production molds that have produced millions of parts for several years. The molds have only required routine maintenance to keep them fully productive.
PLASTICS INJECTION MOLDING
Over 20 years of injection molding experience, enables us to mold not only the "commodity" resins, (polyethylene, polypropylene, and styrene) but also many of the engineering resins such as nylon, polycarbonate (Lexan), Isoplast, Delrin, Ultem, ABS, Noryl, Polyester, Urethane, Santoprene (thermoplastic rubber) Ryton, and others.

The products we have molded are used in the industrial, electrical, medical, pharmaceutical, and packaging industries.

Our contracts have been with several large firms and many smaller companies representing a broad range of industries. However, large or small, each company is important to us and receives the same attention to the product specifications.

CUSTOM AUTO AND MOTORCYCLE ACCESSORIES
We can provide you with custom machined automobile and motorcycle accessories such as: brackets, custom door handles, window cranks, accessory knobs, valve covers, tail pipe hangers, bumpers, license plate frames, machine engraving, engraved vehicle identification tags and many other "one of a kind" parts for award winning automobiles and motorcycles.

Antique and custom car parts can be reproduced from sketches or matching sample parts.

If it can be machined, we can make it!

See our Photo Gallery for more examples of our products!

PRECISION MACHINING MOTORCYLE ENGINE MODIFICATIONS
The Harley Davidson "Screamin' Eagle 113" Stroker Motor requires precision machining of the crankcase to accept the larger 4.06" cylinders.

We have successfully machined many of these crank cases using our own custom built fixture that holds the crankcase rigid and square to the line of bore. The machining is done to the manufacturer's specification.

The typical turn around time is two to three days.

In-house capabilities include welding and remachining of damaged or worn tool steel and mold steel components.

When the mold is received at our facility, it is inspected for function and reliability. It is refurbished with a quick turn around time enabling you to resume your production schedule in a timely manner.
